Different widths and lengths of the structure
With different widths and lengths, we adapt to your wishes and requirements, and you can choose between mono-pitch, gable, and arched roof structures.
All structures are individually designed, with clear-span spans of up to 50 m possible.
Roof slopes can be defined according to requirements or constraints and depend on the type of roofing.
Types of structures
Truss structure
Solid profile structure
Combination
Advantages of truss structures
Their optimal use of materials and therefore a lower cost.
Disadvantages of truss structures
Smaller spacing between frames and the intrusion of truss columns into the interior of the building.
Optimal solution
Therefore, in many cases they are the most cost-effective solutions for the investor in combination with profiles.
Anchoring / Foundations
In most cases, foundations are executed using anchor stakes with a length of 80 to 150 cm, which is suitable for compacted gravel fill or asphalt.
If the installation site has a concrete base, anchoring is performed using mechanical or chemical anchors.
In the case of larger spans or due to other requirements (fire safety study, lifts connected to the structure, etc.), foundations must be executed as strip or point foundations.
