The appearance of the new building will primarily depend on your insulation requirements.
With us, you can choose between different shapes, namely:
PVC fabric with optional anti-condensation layer
Termomembrane roof
Sheet metal or sheet metal with felt backing
Roofing insulation panels
PVC fabric with optional anti-condensation layer
Such a covering offers you the most cost-effective solution. We use fabrics from renowned European manufacturers with a minimum thickness of 650 g/m², which are non-flammable. You can choose between different colors of the fabric covering and decide whether you want a version with a translucent (light-permeable) or opaque material.
Termomembrane roof
This is a roofing system composed of two layers of reinforced PVC fabric, either translucent or opaque. The main advantages of thermomembrane roofing are that it allows natural light into the building while enabling energy savings for lighting and heating. It is combined with insulated facade panels, as the roofing itself is also insulating due to the trapped air between the two layers of PVC fabric.
Sheet metal or sheet metal with felt backing
Sheet metal, or optionally sheet metal with fleece backing, can be installed according to the investor’s preference, but it must be used when fabric is not a suitable solution (e.g., installation of snow guards or a too low roof pitch).
Sheet metal with added fleece is recommended to prevent condensation.
Roof insulation panels
They consist of two layers of sheet metal and an intermediate thermal insulation core of any suitable thickness, which can be polyurethane foam (PUR), polyisocyanurate foam (PIR), or mineral wool (MiWo). While the first type of panel has slightly better insulating properties, the latter two offer better fire-resistance performance.
